Shomrei Emunah Graduation / Installation Kiddush Sponsorship Form

This year, Shomrei Emunah is combining the annual Graduation Kiddush with the kiddush honoring our outgoing and incoming officers and Board.

The kiddush will take place on Tuesday, June 10 (Second day of Shavuos) after the main minyan.

Please note:  We will be listing the sponsors in a special edition of the bulletin for Shavuos.  We can not, however, list names of sponsors who have not fulfilled their commitment to sponsorship.  Please make sure that your payment is made in full by June 3.
